A second house called in German language „Kotten“, is a wheelchair suitable house with three rooms with a capacity of maximum fifteen beds. Two twin rooms for persons in charge or nurses are located there. A large and friendly decorated day room is usable for different functions.
The riding school Schulze Niehues is additionally an accepted institution of the German Association of Therapeutic Riding (Deutsches Kuratorium für Therapeutisches Reiten/DKThR).
Due to a qualified schooling the employees of the school can cover the individual needs of every guest. Absolutely reliable and safe therapy horses and ponies are available for the riding units.
